1. Basic provisions

The personal data controller declares that all personal data is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR) and Act No. 110/2019 Coll., on personal data processing.

The purpose of these principles is to explain what data about visitors to the website www.gopresso.cz we collect, how we handle it, and what rights users have.

2. What personal data do we process

The Controller processes only data necessary for the e-shop's operation and service provision.
These are the following categories of data:

  • Carriers (Zásilkovna, DPD, DHL, GLS) – for order delivery,

  • Payment gateways (e.g., Comgate, Stripe, GoPay, Apple Pay, Google Pay),

  • IT service providers and hosting,

  • Accounting and tax advisors (for legal records),

  • Analytical and marketing services (e.g., Google, Meta, Seznam.cz).

These entities process data only based on a contract and in accordance with the GDPR.

5. Data retention period

Personal data is stored for the necessary period:

Marketing purposes Until consent is revoked
User accounts For the duration of the active account
Email communication Max. 3 years from the last contact

After the retention period, the data is securely deleted or anonymized.

6. User rights (data subject)

Every user has the right to:

  • request access to their personal data,

  • request rectification or erasure,

  • object to processing,

  • restrict processing,

  • request data portability,

  • withdraw their consent to processing at any time.

7. Data security

The Controller implements all technical and organizational measures to prevent misuse, loss, or unauthorized access to personal data.

All data transfers are encrypted using the HTTPS (SSL) protocol, and data is stored in secure hosting systems with limited access.

8. Cookies

The website www.gopresso.cz uses cookies for:

  • basic website functionality (necessary cookies),

These principles become effective on November 1, 2025.
