(hereinafter referred to as “Seller”)

1. Introductory Provisions

These terms and conditions govern the rights and obligations between the seller and a natural person who enters into a purchase agreement through the website www.gopresso.cz (hereinafter referred to as “Buyer”).

By placing an order, the Buyer confirms that they have read and agree to these terms.

2. Product Information and Pricing

All prices listed on the website are including VAT.
Product descriptions and photographs are illustrative – the final product may differ slightly due to the nature of manufacturing or distribution.

The Seller reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.
The price valid at the time of the order is always binding.

3. Order and Contract Conclusion

The Buyer can create an order via the e-shop’s web interface.
After submitting the order, the Buyer will receive an email confirmation of its acceptance – at this moment, a purchase agreement is concluded.

The Seller reserves the right to cancel an order if the goods are not available or there was a pricing error. In such a case, the Buyer will be promptly informed, and any payment made will be refunded.

4. Payment Terms

The Buyer can pay by:

  • online card (Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay),

  • bank transfer (transfer to the Seller's account),

  • cash on delivery (to be implemented later).

Goods are dispatched only after payment has been credited to the Seller's account.

5. Shipping and Delivery

The Seller cooperates with carriers Zásilkovna, DPD, DHL, and GLS.
Goods are delivered to the Buyer's address or to a pick-up point.

Delivery time is usually between 5–14 business days depending on stock availability and the carrier.
The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs procedures.

Zásilkovna may be subject to higher postage fees to prevent account blocking by the carrier.

It is also possible to deliver goods to Slovakia.

6. Withdrawal from the contract (return of goods)

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, please contact us by email at info@gopresso.cz.
The goods must be returned undamaged, in their original packaging, and without signs of use.
The costs of returning the goods are borne by the Buyer.

Upon receipt of the returned goods, the monetary amount will be refunded in the same manner as it was received, no later than within 14 days.

Goods sent cash on delivery will not be accepted.

7. Complaints

The sold goods are covered by a statutory warranty of 24 months from the receipt of the goods.

Complaints are submitted via email to info@gopresso.cz, or through the online complaint form. The Buyer should provide the order number, describe the defect, and attach photographs.

The Seller will assess the complaint within 30 days of its submission and inform the Buyer of the resolution method.

8. Responsibility and Warranty

The Seller is responsible for defects in the goods that become apparent upon receipt.
The warranty does not cover defects caused by:

  • improper handling,

  • use contrary to instructions,

  • mechanical damage,

  • normal wear and tear.

9. Out-of-court dispute resolution

The Buyer - consumer has the right to contact the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (ČOI)
(www.coi.cz) with a request for out-of-court resolution of a consumer dispute.

10. Final Provisions

  1. These terms and conditions are valid from November 1, 2025.

  2. The Seller reserves the right to change them at any time; the current version is always available at www.gopresso.cz.

  3. Legal relations are governed by the law of the Czech Republic.
