🚚 Shipping & Payment

1. Shipping

We deliver goods from our e-shop GoPresso.cz throughout the Czech Republic and Slovakia using reliable carriers.

Shipping options:

  • Zásilkovna – delivery to a pick-up point or address

  • DPD, GLS, DHL – courier delivery to address

  • International logistics partner – used for deliveries from the supplier's warehouse (dropshipping)

Zásilkovna may be subject to higher postage fees to prevent account restrictions by the carrier.

Delivery time:

  • Usually 3 to 14 business days from order confirmation

  • In rare cases (e.g., Christmas season or carrier delays), delivery time may be extended up to 20 days

  • We inform the customer about every order via email

Always check the shipment upon receipt. If the packaging or goods are visibly damaged, note it in the handover protocol and contact us immediately at info@gopresso.cz.

2. Postage

The shipping cost will be displayed in the shopping cart before placing the order and depends on the chosen carrier.
For orders above a certain amount, shipping may be free – this information is always stated in the current offer.

3. Payment

At GoPresso.cz, we offer these secure and modern payment methods:

💳 Online payments

  • Payment card (Visa, Mastercard)

  • Apple Pay / Google Pay

  • Processed via a secure payment gateway (e.g., Comgate, Stripe, GoPay)

Payment is confirmed immediately, and the order is then processed.

💰 Bank transfer

After placing the order, you will receive an email with payment details (account number, amount, variable symbol).
Goods will be dispatched after payment is credited to the account.

📦 Cash on delivery (coming soon)

We are currently testing the product, and cash on delivery is not yet active.
Once we launch our own warehouse, the option of cash on delivery will be introduced.

4. Delivery to Slovakia

We also deliver goods to Slovakia.
Delivery time is usually 7–16 business days depending on the carrier.
Payments are made online – prices are converted according to the current EUR/CZK exchange rate.

5. Shipment tracking

After dispatching the shipment, you will receive an email or SMS from the carrier with a link to track the shipment.
If the tracking code does not arrive within a few days, please write to us at info@gopresso.cz – we will check the order status.

6. Final provisions

All information regarding shipping and payments is provided in accordance with the terms and conditions.
The seller reserves the right to adjust shipping prices and available payment methods according to current logistical and operational conditions.

These terms are valid from November 1, 2025.
